You can get this CG's, if you collect all the Bonus Story pieces of "Wander in Wonderland". Those stories get unlocked, if you're able to pass the Sugar Points Checkpoint within time (you are mostly given a day to do so). This goes for the characters Hansel, King Grimm and Red.
