You can get this CG's, if you collect all the Bonus Story pieces of "Alice in the Country of Knight". Those stories get unlocked, if you're able to pass the Sugar Points Checkpoint within time (you are mostly given a day to do so). This goes for the characters Eugene, Theophilus and Wayne.
