To get one full Happy Ending you should follow the walkthrough and purchase at least one piece of his clothing. Because only following walkthrough should get you to 95% I think. 

But Doha is exception because in one episode you need to buy CG to get max affection up. So when you are doing his walkthrough you can buy CG(5000coins) and clothing (7000coins) or just buy better clothing (9000coins). This choice is up to you, thanks to the endless options to play routes you can unlock it step by step.
Also you can watch 5 videos per day to get coins. It will give you 500 coins per day.

I will recommend to share every thing you can on FB and Tweet, because you can get coins for it. Also before ending the game you get choice to share info about the game which gives you also coins once per a day.

Also there is feature Rolling Dice which gives you bonus once per day for free (Can't play more times). It can give you coins or affection towards Characters, but you would need to play it quite often to get affection you want or need. So easier way is to buy it for coins.

Callings - It's bonus feature where you can hear your boy voice. It won't help you to move with affection. Every calling costs 3000coins if I'm talking about those in main story. I'm sure it won't have effect on the game, but maybe it will be worth to try if % of affection change.

Challenges - Every story has 3 challenges/duels where you stand up to your love rival. I think it won't have big impact on your story, when you win it, you just get better story, when you oposse her and win word fight. Every challenge has number of points/%(it's called My charm points) you need to have. You can get it by buying your own clothing. 

Clothing costs 7000, 9000 and 11000coins. It's the same prize for your MC and Idols.
