MY OPINION:
How can you end up living in a house where already someone is staying - and you had no clue about that? Simple - your father in law forgot about it ^^ The first few characters are all kind of your step-brothers, so you end up first living with, then working with and in the end falling for them. You think that's strange? Nope, that's just the main plot of this game!
